VizSwap Bootcamp Terms of Sale

Effective October 1, 2026

1. Who you're buying from

The VizSwap Bootcamp is sold by Lightsonvision LLC ("VizSwap," "we," "us"), PO Box 4416, Archdale, NC 27263. Questions about your purchase go to steve@vizswap.com. By completing checkout, you agree to these terms.

2. What you get and the price

The Bootcamp costs $2,800 (USD), charged once at checkout. It includes:

• The course: 21 video lessons in 7 modules, taught by Steve Smith, delivered in the VizSwap course portal (login.vizswap.com).
• 25% off VizSwap software for 12 months, as described in section 5.

3. All sales are final

The Bootcamp is non-refundable once purchased. Because you get immediate access to all 21 lessons, we don't offer refunds, partial refunds or credits, including if you don't finish or don't start the course, cancel the VizSwap software, or decide the Bootcamp isn't a fit after buying. This policy is shown on the checkout page before you pay.

4. Course access

We email your login link right after purchase. The link expires after 24 hours; if it does, email steve@vizswap.com and we'll send a new one. Your course access doesn't depend on the software: it stays on even if you cancel VizSwap. Your login is for your own use.

5. Your 25% discount on VizSwap software

The software is a separate monthly subscription run inside the VizSwap app, normally $49.99 a month. As a Bootcamp buyer, you pay $37.49 a month for your first 12 months, then the regular $49.99 a month until you cancel.

• After purchase, we email you instructions for claiming your discount when you set up your VizSwap account.
• The discount applies only to the VizSwap software subscription. It has no cash value and can't be transferred.
• After 12 months, the regular price of $49.99 a month applies automatically.
• Cancel anytime in the app. Cancelling stops future charges; months already billed aren't refunded.

6. Other terms

• Chargebacks: if you dispute the charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may pause your course and software access until the dispute is resolved.
• No guaranteed results: the Bootcamp teaches how to run jobs in VizSwap. Results in your business depend on how you use it, and we don't promise any specific savings or income.
• Content changes: we may update, reorder or improve lessons. We won't remove the core material you paid for.
• Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
• Privacy: how we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy at vizswap.com/privacy.
