Who we are
VizSwap is run by Lightsonvision LLC ("VizSwap," "we," "us"). This policy covers vizswap.com, course.vizswap.com, our webinars, the VizSwap Bootcamp course, and the emails and texts we send. The VizSwap software app may have its own terms.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email address, and phone number if you provide it, when you sign up for a webinar, buy the Bootcamp, book a call, or contact us.
- Purchase details: what you bought, when, and the amount. Card details go directly to our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Course activity: which lessons you mark complete and when you log in to the course.
- How you found us: the page or link you came from (for example, a link from Instagram or LinkedIn) and basic device and browser information, collected through cookies and similar tools.
- What you send us: replies to our emails and messages.
How we use it
- To register you for a webinar and send the confirmation, reminders, and replay
- To process your purchase and give you access to the course
- To send your VizSwap software discount if your purchase includes one
- To answer your questions and provide support
- To send you updates and offers about VizSwap; you can unsubscribe at any time
- To understand which channels bring people to our webinars, so we can improve them
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with companies that help us run VizSwap, and only what they need to do that job:
- Course Creator 360 / LeadConnector: hosts our sign-up pages, course, and contact records, and sends our emails
- Stripe: processes payments and software subscriptions
- Google: hosts our live webinars on Google Meet, and measures visits to vizswap.com through Google Tag Manager and analytics
- Webflow: hosts vizswap.com and receives messages sent through its contact form
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send webinar reminders and account messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies and tracking
Our pages use cookies and similar tools to keep forms and checkout working, remember your session, and record which link or ad brought you to us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some pages, like checkout, may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a customer or on our email list, and afterward only as long as we need it for legal, tax, or accounting reasons. If you ask us to delete it, we will, except for records we're required to keep.
Your choices
- Emails: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email.
- Texts: reply STOP.
- See, correct, or delete your information: email us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law; we will honor them.
Children
VizSwap is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell customers by email.
